cold jacuzziarrogant bartender
the jacuzzi never got warm. it was supposedly a highlight. then there's this bartender, a arrogant dude, who acted like olives with vermouth were some huge extra. his attitude felt uncalled for. plus, no proper blankets meant chilly nights.

the staff was friendly and helpful. the pool area was comfy (i liked that) and it was easy to get a taxi to the bars.
the jacuzzi was cold during my entire five-day stay. i asked a short, arrogant spanish bartender with light brown hair for vermouth with olives. he said he would charge me extra for the olives, even though vermouth should always be served with olives. his attitude was hostile and ruined the experience.

the junior suite was spacious i found a well equipped kitchen with a full sized refrigerator. the pool area included many sunbeds i noticed a clean and modern design. the staff were friendly and i appreciated the helpful service i received from enrique and ana.
i noticed some noise at night from other guests returning late.

the shop was very convenient. it stayed open until midnight! the wifi and ac worked without any issues. i recommend son maties beach. it had cleaner water. it also had nicer restaurants.

The receptionist was polite. This was acceptable.
The sofa bed was uncomfortable with a thin mattress. I thought the price was too high for the overall quality. loud music started early each morning, and noisy guests filled the hallway at night. this disturbance seriously impacted my rest.
